Nope. I’m more your classic “Silver Sage”—a guy who’s seen enough of Western medicine, Big Pharma, and Big Ag’s merry-go-round of half-baked advice and "paid for" faulty science and “miracle” facts. And let’s just say, I’m not exactly buying what they’re selling. In fact, I'm pretty well pissed-off at all of the outright lies and disingenuousness. (a nice $5 word)
My background? It’s a bit unique. Two short tours in Vietnam taught me plenty—especially about “Agent Orange,” though we aren't exactly on friendly terms.
Add fifty years of living with four chronic diseases, a spine degeneration in four places, medical “mishaps,” and seven downright baffling prescriptions, and here I am—a walking encyclopedia on health who might just have a few insights Western medicine missed.
Back in the day, I was a competitive wrestler and a soldier, trained with top elite Army and British military units. I was in world-class shape. Now, fifty years later, I’m wrestling my weight, the rollercoaster of fat gain and loss, and a small pharmacy’s worth of prescriptions for chronic pain.
I’ve poured a fortune into diets, gadgets, personal trainers, daily shots, high-tech treadmills, infrared spas, and every health hack you can name. Yet here I am, still caught in the endless loop of weight ups and downs. And it begs the question: if all the “experts” know so much, why is the weight epidemic only getting worse? Let’s be real, could you or I really make things worse at this point?
Now, I’m no doctor, but after dealing with Type II Diabetes for as long as I have, I’d bet I know more practical tips than the average doc. Same goes for anyone else, including you, who’s been through the wringer with this stuff. I’ve devoured over 40,000 medical pages on toxins, fat, and inflammation—that’s about 39,500 more than most med students cover on the topic.
My “fat-gain journey” has turned me into something of a health detective. I’ve looked into European medicine, Mediterranean diets—anything to understand how toxins mess with our bodies.
